Bar Win 53
Founder of 53, an art bar and independent exhibition space based in Taipei.
Established six years ago, (2019)
53 has hosted more than 15 groups of Taiwanese and international artists.
The front space operates as a dedicated gallery for small-scale exhibitions and artistic exchanges,
offering artists the opportunity to present their work within an intimate and experimental environment.
Beyond functioning as a venue,
53 serves as a cultural platform that encourages deeper engagement with Taipei’s street culture and local art scene.
It fosters dialogue and collaboration between international and Taiwanese artists,
creating meaningful cross-cultural connections.
